Billy entered the material realm in 2018 making Bo Dangle a father for the first time, followed a short while later by his twin brothers Beb and Bangarang.
Unlike his more than 300 siblings born since these original 3 sons, Billy has short arms with elbows, eyelids, well-defined fingers, and toes genetically similar to his father. He also inherited Bo’s notoriously terrible posture.
Bo and the rest of Billy’s family continue to hold out hope that Billy is alive and may one day return home, praying for news of his safe whereabouts each day.

Billy was last seen at Strawberry Fields 2019 in the Front Left Gallery between November 29 and December 1. The festival was contacted shortly after and subsequent social media posts seeking information on Billy’s whereabouts were made but to no avail.
With another Bo-Me forcibly taken and abandoned (before their eventual safe return) and an attempted kidnapping of Bo occurring at the festival, Billy is presumed to have been abducted against his will.
Other possibilities to explain Billy’s disappearance which have been entertained since include accidental time travel, multidimensional sink holes, extra-terrestrial intervention and transient global amnesia.
